Joy in the Garden
"Joy can spring like a flower even from the cliffs of despair" - Anne Morrow Lindbergh
If anyone should know, Anne Morrow Lindbergh should. The full quote is "For happiness one needs security, but joy can spring like a flower even from the cliffs of despair."
I took this photograph while waiting for my daughter to finish her tutoring. After several years of worrying and questioning, we figured out what was going on. Dyslexia. And now she's happy again. She's delighting in learning. And I am full of joy - she can live out her potential.
Flowers - the harbinger of joy.
